On 18 April, we had the chance to experience a multicultural adventure through Spain and Honduras with our friends from Amorpha Youth Group and EFFIV Varna. The 5th of March we hosted an exhibition with the work of local visual artists.
It has been already more than a month since Mapache opened its doors. The inauguration left us with very good memories. It was full of good vibes, nice people and yummy vegan food. Dear friends, we are happy to invite you to the opening of Mapache Cafe & Bakery.
After the long hard work to renovate the space we are finally ready to receive you. All customers are welcome starting from the 30th of January. The opening hour will be 14:00 and those of you who come early enough will get a free vegan Spanish specialties.
We strongly believe that here in Mapache Cafe & Bakery you will find cozy atmosphere, delicious vegan bites, interesting beverages and social environment. We will be hosting a lot of events. Stay tuned for our upcoming activities.

Healthy vegan cooking and slow food
On Tuesday, the 6th of October we are having a nice cooking session with Public Environmental Centre for Sustainable Development, an NGO from Varna specialized in environmental issues. The participants doing their courses will take part in a cooking session in our bakery. We are still not open but the kitchen is ready for a delicious test drive and got us inspired to cook some nice raw vegan treats together. The best part of cooking is the nice conversation with your cooking mates. We will have enough time to talk about healthy eating, slow food and whatever comes up.
